"The Hills are Alive" in Bartow | Entertainment

Bartow, FL -- This week's "Movies on the Lawn" is a real classic.

The viewing, set for Friday, July 22, at about 8:30 p.m. is "The Sound of Music."

Movies On The Lawn is free, and the movies shown are suitable for the entire family.

Those attending are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets and mosquito repellent.

The Junior Service League of Bartow will be selling refreshments.

Movies on the Lawn takes place the fourth Friday of each month at the grass lot on Main Street at the northwest corner of Wilson Avenue and Main Street.
