Winter Haven, Florida - Celebrate family week in Polk County for free!

The kick-off celebration is Saturday, Nov. 12 at Central Park in Winter Haven at 9 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and there will be free events happening every day to celebrate Family Week.

Here's a list of activities happening on Saturday, including raffles, bounce houses, kids fun spots, booths, petting zoo and more:

8:00 a.m.  5k/1 mile Run, Walk Begins

9:00 a.m.  Flag Ceremony, National Anthem, Cultural/Dignitary Parade

9:45 a.m. Music & Raffles

10:00 a.m. Grandparents Of The Year Awards

10:15 a.m. Music, Raffles, and Entertainment

10:45 a.m. Student Essay Awards

11:10 a.m. Music, Raffles, and Entertainment

11:30 a.m. Art Awards and Food to be served

11:45 a.m. Music & Raffles

1:00 p.m. Grand Prize Raffle ($500 Value)

On Sunday, the Talent Show was canceled at the Lakeland location, but will still be held at Theatre Winter Haven from 6 - 7:30 p.m.
