Parents must register children for school by April 27 | Families

Bartow, Florida-- According to a Polk County Public Schools release, parents are being asked to complete and return pre-registration forms for the 2012-2013 school year. Printed pre-registration forms will be sent home with students on Thursday, April 5, 2012.

Pre-registration forms will be printed for students who are currently in kindergarten through 4th grade. No forms will be printed for 5th graders.

Parents are asked to return all pre-registration forms to the school by Friday, April 13, 2012.

If a registration form is not received by April 27th and no information can be attained, students will be considered non-returning students and could be dropped from the school’s enrollment list.
